So as with all decodes it best to examine all the evidence and take a non bias approach. So with that being said there are some odd circumstances that stand out.
-something is going on with his shirt
-something black is on the inside-possibly a hidden device.
-the mark on the shirt that moves-its not a bullet.
-the two guys one in front of Charlie who touches his hand to sleeve and the guy behind who does the same thing at exactly the same time!
-They can find who did it-the people in question were released-how convienent.
