Anybody else feeling like their head is under attack? I feel pressure on either side of my brain as if someone is trying to squeeze/crush it. I'm even wearing an EMF cap and it gives no relief. Just me?

My ears been ringing at 7000hz for 3/12 yrs grounding mat and playing same frequency seems to cancel it out so I can sleep soon as frequency generater stops its back watching the lives seens to make it louder , proves to me they don't like us hearing the truth and tommy and his team truth mafia do it better then anyone else
